Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin Review | The Sip Guide | Crafted Sip Culture
The Slingsby Gin brand name comes from William Slingsby, who is said to have discovered the now infamous Tewit Well in Harrogate, North Yorkshire back in 1571. This then went on to open Harrogate town up as a spa town, where the Tewit Well’s water supply was said to bring almost medicinal purposes to those who drank it. Fast track to today where Tewit Well’s water is used in each of Slingsby’s Gins.
Built originally as one of Slingsby’s development gins, they have brought this Slingsby Rhubarb Gin to life. Their Rhubarb Gin is created with their London Dry Gin and locally sourced botanicals which are infused with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb from the Rhubarb Triangle, located in West Yorkshire.
