The Raspberry Meringue Delight Cocktail produces a mouth watering serve which has an almost edible aroma thanks to the Love Gin Liqueur. It’s a great, quick and easy cocktail for those who’re fans of Raspberry Meringue, the serve also packs a gin punch and has a delicious sweetness thanks to the Meringue from both the Liqueur and the Meringue.

Ingredients

• 50ml Tanqueray Gin
• 50ml Eden Mill Love Gin Liqueur
• 7 Raspberries
• Fever Tree Plain Tonic or Soda Water
• Mint
• 1/4 1 Meringue (optional)

Method

1. Combine the 50ml Tanqueray Gin with the 50ml Liqueur into a shaker and shake (dry shake) 2. Add ice, 4 raspberries, crushed meringue and shake (wet shake), let stand ideally for 5 minutes to let the raspberries infuse (longer the better) 3. Serve into a glass over ice, fill with the Tonic or Soda water

4. Add 3 raspberries and sprig of mint.
