Ingredients

• 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
• Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic (or another Premium Tonic such as Fever Tree Indian Tonic)
• Lime wedge and ice

Method

1. Pour 50ml Sipsmith London Dry over a glass of ice, ideally a highball glass 2. Top with Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic

3. Garnish with fresh lime wedge
