This White Lady cocktail recipe is a brilliant serve for fans of this staple cocktail, this cocktail is created with Sipsmith’s Orange & Cacao Gin, which accompanies this type of serve perfectly. Although a short serve, it’s created for sipping and won’t disappoint on the taste front. Its smooth, light and citrusy flavour is enough to satisfy all types of gin lovers.

Ingredients

• 50ml Sipsmith Orange & Cacao Gin
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 10ml Gomme
• 1 egg white
• Orange twist (to garnish)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker 2. Dry shake (without ice) 3. Wet Shake (add ice) and shake again

4. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist
