Meeting with Nong Duc Mahn

July, 9. Chairman of the Federation Council Sergei Mironov has met General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist party of Vietnam Nong Duc Manh.

The parties have discussed issues concerning trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.

Nong Duc Manh told Sergei Mironov about Vietnamese renewal and integration policy, supported by the leaders of the country. He also noted that Russia is a priority strategic partner for Vietnam.

In turn, Sergei Mironov noted that this year we are celebrating the friendship between Russia and Vietnam, as it is 60^th anniversary of diplomatic relationship between the two countries this year.
