Russia is going to bring 25 millions of its nationals who live abroad in Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic countries back.

The speaker of Federation Council Sergey Mironov reported that yesterday, during parliamentary attending devoted to Russian migratory policy.

"Russia must engage in working migrants but not only them, - said Sergey Mironov. - I think we must attract all nationals, USSR citizens to Russia. They are our people!"

There are about 25 millions of Russian nationals in Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic countries according to Mironov?s data. He thinks not only migratory legislation must be simplified for them but federal special program must be created.

"We talk about engaging in Commonwealth of Independent States citizens to Russia for inhabitancy who have qualification claimed in Russia. For example teacher, engineers, doctors - there are not enough employees in regions", - said a representative of Federal migratory service.

The service notices that "nationals" means "ethnic Russians who live in Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic countries and want to move to Russia and work here".
