On OSCE functions

- We think that such a powerful organization as the OSCE forgets the main elements of its work: resisting international terrorism and joint keeping of peace and stability in Europe. The OSCE is carried away with the monitoring of human rights.

The world has changed today, the East-West confrontation is gone, but one can observe a certain trend at the OSCE towards the presumption of guilt and bias in the approach to the solution of pressing problems. Russia wishes its western partners to hear its arguments. It is necessary to return to the roots, recall the OSCE' initial objectives and set priorities in its work.
